Lately, we’ve been doing the reverse commute from magnificent Grand Central Terminal to lovely Westchester County, and for good reason. Exciting and delicious things are happening in Westchester! We’ve been working with:
Rosemary and Vine (29 Purchase Street, Rye, NY 10580; 914.481.8660; www.rosemaryandvine.com), a new Mediterranean inspired vegetarian food with a unique selection of beer and wine in an elevated casual environment. WeeWestchester suggests “if you’re starved for Mediterranean fare, head to Rosemary and Vine, a newish café and dinner spot that serves up crisp falafel and steaming tagines in a farmhouse chic setting.”
tredici NORTH (578 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, NY, 10577; 914.997.4113; www.tredicinorth.com), a new modern, Italian restaurant with Executive Chef Giuseppe Fanelli, a winner of Food Network’s culinary competition “Chopped”, among other impressive accolades. Westchester magazine says this “new restaurant in Purchase is showcasing some creative Italian cuisine.” It’s definitely worth the trip!
So, if you’re looking for fantastic food in beautiful, contemporary and comfortable settings, head upstate. Westchester has you covered!
